This directory tree has 1980 data.  Clearly they are MUCH smaller than
the 1990 data sets and that is smaller than the 2000 data sets.  We don't have
an interface to read the datasets online yet, we may never have one.

The contents.rtf files advertise d1 and d2 are STF3A data, d3 and d4 
are STF1A data.
